Taste of Scotland Welcome Party Ceilidh 13.10.11

With a live Scottish Traditional Band, highland dance performance and a short Haggis ceremony we danced the night away clumsily with a ceilidh ("Kay-lee") which is the traditional scottish dance to lively traditional music. Also tried my first Haggis (traditional dish that is made of chopped lamb's inner organs and potatoes) but I think they toned it down with the organs with lots of potatoes and tasted a bit like pie.
